A  new apartment  ( a single house with no immediate neighbours )  with approx. 50 m² consists of:

1 x separate double bedroom, a lounge with a pull out couch to sleep 2 people, a fully equipped  kitchen including a dishwasher, a microwave,  a dinning room,  SAT–TV,  a large  sunny balcony facing south  with a stunning view onto the  Stubaier glacier,  a bathroom with a bath and a shower and  a separate toilet.  Bedlinen and towels are readily available and included in the price.
We are happy to do laundry with tumble drying  at an extra cost.

We can arrange to have fresh breadrolls delivered to your door every morning.

Our location:          We are in the center of  Neustift

• The next bus stop to and from the glacier and Innsbruck is approx. 50m   from the   apartment
• The tabboggan run is only a 5 minutes walk away
• Cross country trails begin literally outside the door 
• 2 minute walk to  the leisure center ( indoor swimming pool; 9 pin bowling; sauna and sun bed)
